We accept all bookings under the following terms and conditions:
All booking information must be completed with necessary documents like clear passport copy and flight details of all travelers. You are required to send 10% of the tour cost at the time of booking and the remaining payment becomes due 1 month before the trip start date. Failure to pay the remaining amount one month before the arrival date may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
We have a judicious cancellation policy protecting both the parties as per below:
Tour cancellation & refund policy
• 10% deposit will be forfeited if the tour is canceled any time after booking.
• 25% on the total tour cost will be levied for any tour canceled less than 30 days before the arrival date.
(For your information, at this time arrangements like hotels are already booked where the company will be subject to cancelation charges for rooms canceled in less than 30 days.)
• No refund will be made after the visa clearance letter is issued and sent to the guest since TCB – Tourism Council of Bhutan won’t refund after the visa letter is issued.
We may sometimes make changes in the regular itineraries due to different conditions like natural calamities, war or changes due to the political or social condition of the country that is beyond our control. Royal Bhutan Travel reserves the right to adjust prearranged schedules if required.
We do not take responsibility for any possible injury or death while travelers are engaged in activities/treks/tours. Travelers are strongly recommended to get the necessary insurance policy and medical advice before Bhutan arrival. Travelers are advised to abide by rules and regulations of Bhutan and follow guides’ instructions during treks/tours.
We are under no obligation to refund if in case the client has to cancel his trip in the middle of any tour. The company reserves the right to forfeit deposits and trip payments no matter at what point of time the trip is canceled/left without any notice.
